why overthink will kill us & how to stop it using 3 easy steps

Remember that day you haven’t get a single thought to your mind? yes neither does anyone else.we are habitual thinkers.it’s A constant habit. An average human produces 70 000 thoughts a day.

But what are these all thoughts about? Are they helping you to live a happy life you always want? Or do you feel less about yourself and others.today we will talk about how to get rid of bad overthinking and get your mind on your side.

first,it begins with awareness..yes..you must become aware whats going inside your head .and that sounds very easy.but many of us never realize that we have negative thoughts happening on,instead we choose to act like everything is ok.

Are you thinking too much? Are you thinking negatively? Well, admit it. Because otherwise, you won’t change a thing. Self-improvement begins with self-acceptance.

But once you accept this now, you are ready to change the way you think. You can keep a small journal book, write the most noticeable negative ones that come up to your head over and over again.that will really help you to track down what going on, .and it will become easier to change because you know what’s actually going on. This step is to find what you need to change.

secondly .start meditation.and it’s not hard as you think but the result..i say you must practice it at lease 3–5 minutes a day.i tell this by my own experience.in my life i felt more loneliness,helpless and a great fear about my own future every single time of the day.i felt worst day by day.but once i use some little amount of my willpower and start meditation ,i gain some massive power in my life.

I began to get stronger by the mind. I accepted who I am i. And I become more aware of what’s going on in my head, and the more I meditate, I get to a state that I enjoyed by looking at the stream of thoughts that pass by my mind.it’s like a real human superpower.The sadness released and help me to get what I truly want in life.

Guys .i I tell this it’s the best medicine you can have. When you train your mind like focus only on breathing, and when is get distracted, bringing it back will make your mind stronger. It’s like you go to the gym and lifting heavy weights, .but the mind is the exact opposite of the muscle. Muscles build when you put pressure. But the mind will get stronger by calming.

Don’t be discouraged when you can’t get focus in the beginning. Stay disciplined & continue on practicing. This is the most effective way to beat overthinking, and it will absolutely work for you.

thirdly keep this awareness.when you walk outside aware of the environment.don’t Let to walk unconsciously and stuck in your own head.stay present. Eventually, you will see the pointless of being negative .you will start to bend the reality by seeing the good in everything.

Many great people have done this simple thing. Then why you don’t do it? The mind will not engage their own.we to have to force it. Or it will naturally run by own.we are not the mind.we have a mind.that means you are not our thoughts.it’s just created by the brain. So it’s very important to steer your thoughts to create the life you want.

When you are aware of negative thinking, just keep calm, and before reacting to it, just ask,” Is this thought helpful to me right now? “ .and this little thing will help you lot.what does the meditation do is expanding the time-space between your thinking and your reaction.simple but very powerful !
